I have been taking royal jelly for about 10 years now. The first thing I notice then was my health became better , more energized, seldom feel sick, can't remember when was the last time I got fever, maybe last year?...occasional allergic rhinitis only last for a few hours without medication unlike last time the nose would start to run in the early morning hours for hours almost everyday, and the frequent flu attack became even rarer.I did try taking Vitamin C supplements but doesn't seem to work until I tried RJ...as for the skin not sure if it does make any difference because I applied all kinds of beauty creams on it..but I do get less atopic rashes on my skin as compared to before taking RJ.

I oso know of this honey from Annie. Again lots of ding-dong & research, I bot one bottle as a cough mixture for my son who has sensitive throat - like his mummy

And I find it very effective. Esp when the cough / sore throat is at its initialy stage. It'll be cleared after 3 applications.

Altho my son is also taking Vit C daily, Manuka Honey is still the immediate solution for his sensitive throat.
